Here are the feedback forms for the Native Interface Project:

Participant Survey
Each individual searcher needs to complete this form once - at the beginning of the project
Phase one: Before Feedback (Baseline)
Complete this form each time you complete a search using your existing processes - ie. HDAS
Phase two: During Feedback
Complete this form for each search you complete using the Native Interfaces during the pilot ie. after 1st November - This link will be emailed to you when you contact Emily/Vicky
