​Electronic Payslips
- All employees have access to ESR Self service for their e-learning and their personal information as held by payroll, including the ability to view and print out payslips and P60s. You can also change your address and other personal details.
- Payday is the 27th of every month.
- Self service is available over the internet. To access ESR Self Service log on to https://my.esr.nhs.uk and enter your username and password located on page 2 of your ‘Welcome Letter’.
- You can also login via smartphones using the My ESR app. Scan the relevant QR code with your mobile device to download the My ESR app.
Once you leave the Trust you will no longer have access to your ‘My ESR’ account. Please ensure you download all your payslips and P60(s) before your contract termination.
