Medical Education is committed to supporting all medical and dental trainees. Please take the time to read through the information on the site as there are links and information from HEE EoE and NHS England.

The Trust is also dedicated to supporting our staff. More information can be found on the Staff Intranet.

 

Please see below the following documents:

  • A poster about the Professional Support and Well-being (PSW) which may be useful to provide your new intake of trainees, and any existing trainees that may benefit from additional support in their training;
  • An introduction PowerPoint that gives you an overview of our team. This could be useful in highlighting what we do to you and your team so you can signpost appropriately.

Confidential Care - Well Online

Confidential Care is an independent, free and confidential advice service. Whether you’re after practical advice or emotional support with either work or personal issues, they can offer expert guidance.

Junior Doctor Well-being Bag

All junior doctors will receive a well-being bag at their Induction. This bag will include the following items:-

  • Water Bottle
  • Fleece Blanket
  • Power Bank
  • Mini Refillable Hand Sanitiser
  • My Kit Survival Case (Includes: 1 toothbrush / 1 toothpaste / 1 earplugs / 2 refreshing wipes)
