Elsevier - What's the Best Journal for My Paper Tool
You could also try searching PubMed for the topic you are writing about. Take note of the PMID numbers from any relevant papers that you find. Enter them into the search box of PubReminer and click Search. The results will show the key words, Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) and the Journal Titles where those are articles are published. This will give you an idea of the Journal titles that may publish your paper.
BMJ Case Reports - if you are a member of the library you can publish in BMJ Case Reports free of charge using the library's fellowship code. Please contact us for details.
