Wellbeing Resources

The East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust Knowledge and Library Services provides access to a wide range of wellbeing resources. There are books and eBooks available on topics such as self-care, resilience and mindfulness. Not sure how to access our resources? If you are not sure what is available to you, we have created a reading list of our wellbeing collection. The list comprises of 25 books and 25 e-Books related to wellbeing. You can view the list through our library catalogue here.

Hertfordshire Community Trust Staff

Hertfordshire Community Trust staff have access to the resilience and wellbeing eBook collection. You can find a list of the eBooks here. Click on the eBook you would like to access and login with your OpenAthens account.

Upcoming Book Clubs

The library supports the staff experience team with running a series of book clubs. The sessions take place on Microsoft Teams. For further information and to request a copy of the books please contact the library.
